The roof on our home in Post Falls was damaged from a windstorm in early February 2020. We immediately submitted a claim to our insurance company, State Farm, and after inspection, their adjuster determined that our roof required a tear-off and replacement. They sent a check for the amount of the estimated work minus our deductible and depreciation. They also allowed that additional funding may be available, if necessary, to perform the work. We contacted James at Insurance Claims Roofing and he picked it up from there. The same day, a worker from Insurance Claims Roofing. went to the house and did a temporary repair to protect the main damaged area until the work could start and we really appreciated that extra effort. James worked directly with our insurance company to secure additional funding beyond our initial payout to ensure that the job would be complete and meet all applicable codes. He was able to schedule our roof job within a few days after our first meeting and 8 days from when we signed a contract, the job was finished and complete. The new roof is of the laminated, architectural style and color we selected and the results look great and very professional. The site was cleaned up very well. At this point, we couldn’t be happier with the process and job results. Our out-of-pocket expense was absolutely minimal. We own another home in the Post Falls area and will definitely contact Insurance Claims Roofing when that home needs roofing work. Based on our experience with James and Insurance Claims Roofing, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
